Investment is available in FINANCE and ACCOUNTS only.

The number of investments in a project is unlimited.

An investment can consist of one or more payments. The date specified indicates the month, where the investment takes place. All payments are booked primo month.

The depreciation option is available in ACCOUNTS only.

Depreciation of investments

Type

There are three types of depreciation options available.

Linear
Saldo
User defined

The table showing the depreciations is updated automatically while changing data.

If user defined is selected the depreciation column in the table will be accessible to input.

Note that you can type in an amount, which is valid at the opening balance, which correspond to an existing asset.

If the amounts left for depreciation is negative this corresponds to depreciation in advance and will be booked in the Balance Sheet as Reserves.
